ContractGuard is designed to analyze signed agreements, surface material commercial signals and help teams prioritize action. Analysis and recommendations are distinct from external, financial or irreversible execution.
SECURITY ARCHITECTURE
Access is enforced at the application boundary.
Authenticated access
ContractGuard uses authenticated application sessions rather than anonymous contract access. Protected API requests require an authenticated session.
Organization-scoped tenancy
The organization identifier is treated as a tenant boundary. Authorization is evaluated server-side so one organization does not rely on client-side filtering to protect another organization's data.
Transport & browser protections
Production services are served over HTTPS. Browser-facing security controls include restrictive framing, content-type protections and policy-based browser permissions.
Controlled product surface
Contract access, analysis, review and deletion workflows are handled through authenticated product paths rather than public document URLs.
DATA HANDLING
Customer contracts are operational data, not marketing content.
ContractGuard processes contract content to generate structured commercial intelligence for the customer's authorized use. ORVENIX does not present customer contract content publicly as product proof, testimonials or training examples without explicit permission.
Pilot scope begins with a contract set explicitly selected for review.
Dates, obligations, value signals, risk indicators and supporting source context are produced for authorized review.
Contract deletion is supported through authenticated product workflows. Enterprise retention requirements can be discussed during procurement review.
