• Commercial and communications information, such as pilot requests, support messages, onboarding details, and business correspondence.
• Contract and workspace content that authorized users submit to ContractGuard for analysis, including documents, extracted fields, notes, and related metadata.
• Technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, timestamps, security events, and service logs.
• Usage information about how features are accessed and used.

2. How we use information

We may use personal information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, process approved contract content, respond to requests, operate pilots, improve reliability and usability, prevent abuse, maintain audit and security records, comply with legal obligations, and manage our business relationship with customers and prospects.

3. Contract content and AI processing

ContractGuard may use automated and AI-assisted processing to extract, summarize, classify, and answer questions about customer-submitted agreements. ContractGuard is designed to preserve source evidence and support human review. Analytical outputs may contain errors and should not be treated as legal advice or as a substitute for qualified legal counsel.

4. How information may be shared

We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, authentication, infrastructure, communications, security, analytics, payment processing, and AI functionality, subject to appropriate contractual or technical controls where applicable. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

ORVENIX does not authorize service providers to use customer contract content for their own unrelated purposes.

5. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and customers remain responsible for choosing appropriate access controls and only submitting information they are authorized to provide.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, fulfill contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law. Retention periods may vary by data type, account status, customer instructions, and legal requirements.

7. International processing

ORVENIX may use infrastructure and service providers located in different countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, or technical measures for international data transfers.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding certain personal information.
